2022 Top 8

Every month the Tellie team nominates our Top 8 Tellie Sites for the month. Our Top 8 are sites we love for their design, their utility and their creativity. Here are our Top 8 from 2022.

Party Favor

DJ and producer Party Favor—whose credits include artists like A$AP Ferg, Juicy J, and Diplo—created a Tellie landing page for his album RESET. The branded page replaced their link-in-bio during the album’s release, and features key links, music playlists, relevant merch, and press highlights. Use our Music template to create your own new release landing page.

bitbird

Bitbird is a record label founded by San Holo and home to many talented and creative artists. As part of an overhaul of their web presence, they built their new home on Tellie. Their site includes new music, merch, touring information, music playlists and videos.

Dim Mak

Dim Mak, the legendary independent Los Angeles-based record label, events company, and lifestyle brand founded by Steve Aoki, created a whole new ecosystem on Tellie. It includes new music videos, merch drops, music releases, streams, and events. They also use their Tellie site to host a form where people can submit their demos.

Reva DeVito

Neo soul/r&b singer/songwriter Reva Devito created a Tellie to host content for her new releases and to promote her shows while she is on tour. Each Tellie page is branded to match the release, and is a central location where people can check out her music, press photos, tour dates, music videos, promos, and more.

Iman Europe

Iman Europe, the talented artist and Head of Artist Relations at Sound.xyz, created a branded home page highlighting her releases. She also created a backstage experience where fans could access unreleased music, engage with polls and submit their own demos. On the day Iman launched Backstage, her tracks received more than 20 streams per visitor.

Timbaland

Timbaland is a man who needs no introduction. The 21-time Grammy nominee is one of the most influential producers of all time whose collaborators include Missy Elliott, Aaliyah, Nelly Furtado, and Justin Timberlake (to name a few). We were thrilled when his team wanted to use Tellie for a token-gated page for Congo, his NFT alter ego.

Under the Congo alias, Timbaland released the groundbreaking music video, “Has A Meaning,” a collaboration with his protege, Zayd Portillo, as an NFT via Glass.xyz. Through his Tellie site, fans who purchased ‘Has A Meaning” could download the track and access behind-the-scenes content. Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen, brand strategist and communications professional, built a home base and portfolio on Tellie. She uses her Tellie site as a creative canvas, organizing it into sections featuring her bio followed by sections for different client projects which include design briefs and multi-media assets illustrating her work. The page concludes with a simple “get in touch” links tile.

Sue Bird

Nike and Togethxr joined forces to promote the last season of the WNBA star, Sue Bird. Sue’s site featured a countdown to her last game, gifs/images/videos of her game highlights, music, and a submission form for fans to submit videos of their favorite Sue Bird moments.
